As Professor of Computer Science and Dean, Faculty of Computing at Al-Kawthar University, my journey has been driven by a simple purpose: to contribute to education, empower people, build meaningful academic systems, and create opportunities for the next generation. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to contribute to the development of computing education, academic programs, research, accreditation, faculty development, technology-enabled assessment, and institutional growth. I am also entrusted with leading the establishment of the University's Rashidabad Campus. For me, leadership is not about a position or title. It is about building teams, serving institutions, creating opportunities, and leaving behind systems that continue to benefit others.
