I have as an HR leader with 15+ years of experience across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and organizational transformation, with exposure to textile, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and international environments. My professional journey has focused on transforming traditional HR into technology-driven, system-based and data-informed HR, including digitalization of HR processes, talent systems, recruitment workflows and people practices. I strongly believe in moving organizations from person-dependent processes to transparent, scalable and technology-enabled systems. Alongside my corporate career, I have 14 years of teaching and mentoring experience, helping students, young professionals and emerging leaders develop their careers, leadership mindset and practical understanding of HR.
