I’m Muhammad Maaz Sheikh, a Software Engineer and Development Lead with around 12+ years of experience in software development and project delivery. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Software Project Management. Currently, I’m working as a Development Lead, where I’m responsible for leading development and QA teams, working on architecture and technical reviews, and managing the delivery of complex software features and integrations. My core experience is in the .NET ecosystem, including C#, .NET Core, MVC, REST APIs, Entity Framework, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and modern frontend technologies such as Angular and React. Over the years, I’ve worked across both technical and leadership responsibilities, including system design, development, code reviews, production support, team coordination, and release planning. I also have experience working with legacy systems as well as modernizing applications and introducing new technologies and development practices. Alongside my professional role, I’m also the founder of SoftInnovatorz, where I’m involved in software solutions, mentoring, and technology-focused initiatives. I’m passionate about solving complex technical problems, improving engineering processes, and helping teams deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
