Currently serving as an ITSM Consultant and ITIL Process Implementation Engineer at CyberMAK Information Systems in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, I bring deep expertise in BMC Remedyforce, BMC Helix ITSM, and Salesforce administration and development. My mission is to streamline service delivery and drive operational excellence for enterprise IT environments. Previously, I spent over five impactful years at HBL - Habib Bank Limited, where I played a key role in incident management, FinTech integration, and IT operations enhancement. My journey also includes founding SAW Technologies—an entrepreneurial venture that reflects my passion for digital transformation and early internships at Sui Southern Gas Company. Academically, I hold a Master's degree in Project Management and Software Engineering from Muhammad Ali Jinnah University and registered as an Allied Engineering Specialist with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
