Academic administrator, Human Resource Management professional and researcher at Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology (KIET), contributing to academic administration, student affairs, technology implementation and institutional development. My work spans student support, corporate liaison, industry–academia collaboration, internships, Final Year Projects, project funding support and technology-enabled academic processes, with a growing focus on Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation. As a researcher, my interests include AI in HRM, recruitment and selection, leadership, higher education management, organizational behavior, quality assurance and digital transformation. My research and scholarly work aim to connect academic inquiry with practical challenges faced by organizations and educational institutions. My mission is to bridge academia, technology and industry, create meaningful opportunities for students, and contribute to developing future leaders. I applied for the Future Leaders Award to represent the impact of service-oriented academic leadership and share a journey focused on innovation, research, collaboration, student development and institutional progress.
