With 7 years of overall professional experience across IT, Digital Channels, Product, and Project Management, I currently serve as Deputy Manager – IT Digital Channels at K-Electric. My work sits at the intersection of technology, product innovation, design thinking, and business transformation, with a strong focus on turning complex operational challenges into high-impact digital solutions. A key strength of my work is creating measurable impact through automation. I transformed a complaint-management process from approximately 20 minutes of manual processing to just 0.2 seconds through workflow automation and auto-assignment—representing a 99.98% reduction in processing time. In another initiative, I implemented OCR-powered image-to-text automation for shipment processing, reducing manual data entry from approximately 15 minutes to under one minute. Beyond the numbers, these transformations demonstrate my ability to identify critical pain points, challenge conventional processes, bring stakeholders together, and translate emerging technology into solutions that deliver tangible business value.
